Online course: Gout Busters micro course An online course of 8 short (3 to 4 minute) videos for viewing on phone, tablet, or computer. Content covers what gout is and why it causes pain. How to prevent flares and protect your joints, tips for taking your medicine the right way and simple lifestyle changes that make a difference.
The course gives whānau the knowledge and language to have conversations about gout. It also includes a Gout Guide booklet and allopurinol factsheet in all four languages.
